LW Architects Ltd (LW Arkkitehdit Oy) is an innovative studio with a focus on sustainable architectural design and providing tailor-made solutions for clients. Our design scope includes architectural design, interior design, yard design, renovation of old buildings and apartments.
Sustainable design is one of the important part in our design process, by taking into count the whole buliding life cycle, and we suggest to use nature and sustainable material, such as wood, for interior and exterior.
Consulting service
We provide consulting services (free of charge) concerning design, building premission and construction for detached houses (omakotitalo) in Finland.
Each plot in different areas and cities in Finland has different requirements, and the plot conditions might has a great impact on the disign and budget.
It is recommended to consult with professionals at the early stage of site selection and purchase.
Design and Culture Activities
In addition to design work, we also organize and participate cultural exchanges and business cooperation with institutions and enterprises between China and Finland.

Master degree and Wood program education in the Architecture Department of Aalto University, 15 years continuously working experience in large Finnish design companies, including PES architects, JKMM architects, Helin & Co architects, participating several important projects as project manager and project architect, such as Fuzhou Strait Culture and Art Center, Nanjing Sino-Finnish Center, Shanghai 2010 Expo Finnish pavilion etc., and specializes in cultural building, commercial building, office, hotel, school, complex building, and residential building.

Architect, Buisness Development
Master’s degree from Architecture Deaprtment of Aalto university, specializes in housing design, inteiror design, and renovation projects, and also responsible for Sino-Finnish cooperation and exchange projects.
Cooperations
We cooperate with other professional designers in projects, including interior, landscape, structure, lighting etc. as well as experienced architects. We also work closely with construction team in order to ensure successful and high quality of projects.
